1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on this website, operated by AA Publishers, Amin Pur Bazar, Faisalabad, Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to them.
2. Orders and confirmation
An order is accepted only after we confirm it by phone or WhatsApp. We may cancel an order if a book is unavailable, a price was shown incorrectly, or we cannot reach you to confirm. Bulk and institutional orders are confirmed separately by quotation.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.). Delivery charges and any discount are shown separately at checkout. Payment is by Cash on Delivery. We never ask for card details on this website.
4. Delivery
We dispatch through courier to cities across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of the courier, weather or public holidays.
5. Returns, exchanges and damaged books
If a book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong title or edition, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement. Books that have been written in or used cannot be returned. See our returns policy.
6. Copyright
All AA Publishers books, covers and content on this website are protected by copyright. Copying, scanning or reselling photocopies is not allowed.
7. Privacy
We use your details only to process and deliver your order. Read our privacy policy.
